If you're on a tight timeline for mailing out your invitations, or just want a professional to handle it, add on Assembly and Mailing Services to your suite!

You may choose assembly and mailing for just your Save the Date, or for your full suite. If you need both, please add them to the cart separately.

Postage for each suite is determined by weight and if it can be fed through a postage machine. Postage cost will be sent to you in a separate invoice, to be paid before mailing your suite.
You will be able to approve your postage before I place the order through USPS.
A mailing waiver must also be signed prior to mailing your suite.
Dear Kathryn ensures that all of your invitations will be mailed at the same time. Dear Kathryn is not responsible for any lost invitations, damage to invitations, or undeliverable (returned to you) invitations once they go through the US Postal Service.
Please select the same quantity that you have ordered for your invitations. If a different amount is selected, the correct amount will be added to your postage invoice.
Any extra invitation suites will be assembled, but mailed to you in a separate package at the same time that your invitations go out.

Adhering liners to your envelopes
Placing postage on your RSVP and main envelopes (postage sold separately)
Stacking your suite in the correct order
Adding any embellishments you have purchased like ribbon, belly bands, wax seals, vellum wraps

Stuffing and sealing envelopes

After assembly, your invitations will be taken to my local post office in Charlotte, NC and mailed. If your suite requires hand canceling, I will handle that, as well!
